Shipping Information:
  • FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. on orders over $50.  If your order totals $50 BEFORE SHIPPING CHARGES, you MUST type in Voucher Code 'freeship' during checkout and recalcuate to receive free shipping.
  • For orders over 'envelope size', we generally use Priority Mail.
  • Express (overnight) shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Parcel Post is also available upon request and you will receive a refund of the difference after shipment has been processed.
  • Email us if you have shipping questions prior to check out if you prefer.
Wood Cutouts:
  • Cutouts are NOT painted.  They are blank wood cut from the patterns for the designs shown in the photos.
  • We use quality 1/4" birch or 3/4" white pine, depending upon the pattern specifications.  Occasionally if a pattern calls for it, we will use good-quality 1/8" wood.
  • We cut and sand each piece to order; we do not use templates.
  • Slight variations in the wood may occur during this process; but we thoroughly inspect all surfaces prior to packing and shipping.
  • Holes are NOT drilled unless requested during checkout.
  • No wire or hangers are included.
  • Pattern packets come with complete instructions, full sized pattern and photo.

  • No part of the pattern packets or books can be copied, duplicated or reproduced. (Except you can resize the pattern if needed for your personal use).
  • The patterns and instructions which are included in these Pattern Packets/Books are intended for you to use to hand paint the projects on any surface of choice.  Any projects that you hand paint using Susan Kelley's patterns above may be sold on ebay, at craft shows/malls, and on your personal or small business website.
  • Absolutely NO graphics or digital art can be made using the designs on this website.
